Smiley's pregnancy trurth revealed amid Rano, Rishi (Ssharad Malhotra) and Tanuja (Kratika Sengar) in Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki
In the upcoming episode there will be lots of high voltage dramatic situations seen amid Rishi and Rano in the daily soap.
