Sameer Wankhede’s Defamation Case against SRK Rejected by Delhi Court Details revealed

Aryan Khan’s directorial debut Netflix series Ba**ds of Bollywood has gained a lot of public attention due to the defamation case that Sameer Wankhede has put against Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Production House.

Wankhede, who led the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) against Shah Rukh Khan’s son in the Drug Racket that was happening on a party in the cruise has revealed that the series has shown him in a very negative way and many memes has come out on social media and it’s affecting his personal and professional life.

Shockingly Delhi Hogh Court has rejected this appeal against Red Chillies and state that “Your complaint is not maintainable. I am rejecting your complaint.”

Wankhede not willing to give up

The judge also indicated that the complaint could have been considered if Wankhede hadclearly shown that the defamatory content had caused maximum damage in Delhi orwas targeted specifically at the Delhi audience.

Apparently, Sameer Wankhede is not going to give up so easily and will be fighting against Red Chillies till the end.
