About Jhanak serial:

Innocent Jhanak always dreamed to be a dancer where her mother was against the name and fame due to her being illegitimate daughter.

However Jhanak’s life turned upside down her mother Urvashi Raina committed suicide and left the world leaving poor Jhanak all alone.

Here Jhanak was forced to marry her cousin sister Arshi’s fiancé Anirudh.

Anirudh agreed to marry Jhanak to save her life from evil Tejas who wanted to marry Jhanak just for his pleasure and dump her away.

Anirudh married Jhanak with a promise to never accept this marriage and takes her home.

Jhanak begins to live in Anirudh’s house as the maid of their house where Anirudh’s entire family and Arshi’s family too used to hate Jhanak and treat her like a maid only.

Anirudh always wanted Jhanak to study hard to achieve her degree and turn model or dancer.

Anirudh always helped Jhanak to shine and not live the life of a maid.

Eventually, they happened to live their marriage and show concern for each other.

They developed love feelings but never confessed their love for each other as Anirudh is supposed to marry Arshi.

Jhanak moves to Mumbai

During the wedding day of Anirudh and Arshi due to a fire accident, Arshi gets hospitalized and Jhanak leaves the city to relocate to Mumbai to fulfil her dreams. Anirudh and Arshi are all set to face Jhanak once again in Mumbai. Anirudh and Arshi never thought they will meet Jhanak once again.

Jhanak was about to win the dance competition when Anirudh requests Jhanak to sacrifice her victory for the sake of Arshi's lost confidence. Jhanak does the needful later she gets close to Aditya. Aditya and Jhanak turn good friends and Anirudh fumes in jealosuy.

Now Jhanak is pregnant and expecting Anirudh's child but he refuses to accept the child and give his name to the upcoming baby. Jhanak is not going to spare Anirudh for the same as she does not want to repeat her history with the baby too.
