The famous thriller reality show of colors TV, Khatron Ke Khiladi, is not cancelled but postponed to air in August or early September.
Season 15 of Khatron Ke Khiladi was scheduled to start airing in July, but faced production difficulties with Banijay Asia stepping out of the team.
Endemol Shine India and Banijay Asia partner in producing the show every season, which makes it difficult if one of them decides to walk out of the deal.
It was rumoured that Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 would not air anymore due to the cancellation by the production house.
However, the reality show has just been postponed until August or September 2025 and is confirmed to return with its 15th season.
Viewers absolutely love seeing their favourite celebrities and influencers trying to tackle dangerous tasks given to them in a foreign location.
The team and crew are expected to leave for the shooting country soon after the production process is finished.
Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 7 is expected to take over the weekend slot meant for Khatron Ke Khiladi in the meantime.
Colors TV is expected to release some new shows post IPL 2025 to attract new viewers and catch up in the TRP race.
Shows like Mangal Lakshmi, Parineeti, Shiv Shakti, etc, are leading the channel in the TRP charts.
Some shows are under the radar to go off-air soon, such as Ram Bhavan and Mannat Harr Khushi Paane Ki.
Rohit Shetty is expected to become the host of Khatron Ke Khiladi season 15 again with a new set of contestants.
The list of celebrities taking part in this year’s season will also attract viewers to see their favourites doing risky stunts.
Let us see if Khatron Ke Khiladi manages to come back to television without any interruptions this year.
