Middle-class Arora sisters, Preeta and Srishti shift to Mumbai following their father’s last wish of reuniting with their mother. Preeta soon becomes physiotherapist in Luthra Family wherein she meets a famous Cricket star Karan Luthra and his elder brother Rishabh who is a successful businessman. Karan and Preeta gradually fall in love besides Srishti falls in love with Karan’s cousin brother Sameer. Rishabh is about to marry Sherlyn who turns out to be girlfriend of Preeta’s fiancée Prithvi. Soon, Karan starts hating Preeta assuming she did his father’s accident. Therefore, when Preeta was about to marry Prithvi, Karan replaces him and marries her. Karan and Preeta reconcile but Sherlyn and Prithvi keep plotting against them and the Luthra Family for property. After 3 months, Preeta gets to know her pregnancy but soon when they realise that it was false pregnancy, they adopt a girl Pihu. Karan’s psycho lover Sonakshi makes Preeta believe that she can never become pregnant and she then kills Pihu whereafter Luthras and Karan hate Preeta.
2 years later, Preeta is in Mumbai and she meets Mahesh whereafter she is shocked to know about Luthras slavery to Prithvi and Sherlyn. Preeta exposes them and the Luthras accept her back. Preeta gets pregnant with Karan’s child but just then Karan is presumed to be dead after a planned accident by Roxy and Natasha. Rishabh marries Preeta for the coming child.
5 years later, Preeta is mother to Karan’s daughter Kavya wherein her marriage with Rishabh is namesake. Karan returns alive but has suffered a memory loss along with plastic surgery after this accident. He is now living as Arjun Suryavanshi who is engaged to Nidhi. He soon regains his memory and returns to take revenge on Rishabh and Preeta. Karan ruins Luthra Family and forces Preeta to marry him for the house, property and business. Soon, the villains get exposed and Preeta gives birth to twin sons, Rudraksh and Shaurya. Anjali takes revenge by kidnapping Rudraksh whereafter Karan meets with an accident, his face gets disfigured and he slips into coma while Preeta somehow escapes the accident. Luthras blame Preeta and throw her out of the house but she saves Rudraksh. The Luthras assume Preeta and Rudraksh to be dead.
Srishti is Rudraksh’s foster mother and Preeta has lost her memory. However, Rajveer (Rudraksh) soon learns about his real identity when Nidhi attempts to kill Srishti but she slips into coma state. Shaurya is living with Luthra Family wherein Nidhi is his mother. Shaurya and Rajveer meet each other and become big rivals when they fall for same girl Palki. Karan meets Preeta and is trying to make her recall the past while Shaurya gets engaged to Shanaya and Rajveer gets engaged to Palki.
Nidhi is planning and plotting to separate Karan and Preeta at any cost before Preeta recalls her lost memory. Meanwhile, Shaurya is trying to create chaos between Rajveer and Palki’s love relationship before their marriage happens.
