• For this, Just take part of sanitizer and put it on clean metallic surface
• After that just add fire flame to it
• If it starts burning like oil immediately then your sanitizer is not diluted with any other product
• But if sanitizer starts burning thus forming ashes then it is not good to kill bacteria.

 

Well, this is evidence based test but children are prohibited to perform this without adult guidance with safety measures.
