Coronavirus COVID-19 new symptom losing sense of smell says Doctors
The incurable and deadly novel Coronavirus COVID-19 is taking uncounted lives and is spreading worldwide.
The critical symptoms of COVID-19 are high fever, cough or difficulty in breathing, runny nose and tiredness.
Now a team of British ear, nose and throat doctors have revealed the possibility of a new symptom of COVID-19.
The new hidden symptom of incurable Coronavirus COVID-19 is losing the sense of smell.
WHO to confirm the symptom
However the experts at the World Health Organization revealed that they have yet not confirmed the symptom of losing sense of smell or taste but they haven’t ruled it out.
The infected patients from South Korea, China, Iran and Italy developed anosmia or hyposmia which signals a reduced ability to detect smell.
Meanwhile in South Korea, 30% of tested patients had anosmia.
The person experiencing anosmia can be a silent spreader of COVID-19.
