It seems Sayi is all set to get the injection for Virat and save his life.
Sayi learns about the fact that the injection is available in some warehouses.
Hence Sayi decides to reach there and save Virat's life by getting the injection.

And when she gets running she gets caught by Inspector Kadam who is the new entry in the show and turns danger for Sayi.
