KKIS: Ankit Bathla to play a new Lead to spice up the track

Star Plus's popular show Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey (KKIS) is planning for a temporary exit of the male lead.

Manan Joshi will be away to create the much-needed drama in the show, for which the makers have roped in a new hero to play Gungun's new love interest.

The makers of the show have roped in Ankit Bathla to play the new male lead.

Ankit was last seen in the show Ghar Ek Mandir- Kripa Agrasen Maharaj Ki.

As per the sources associated with KKIS, "Ankit is not replacing Manan. He is being introduced as a new character and will play the other hero. Manan's track will be put on hold for some time in order to spruce up the drama. Once he is back, they will have a parallel track, which will intertwine eventually."

The show currently features Yesha Rughani and Manan in the lead roles.

The cast also includes seasoned actors like Delnaaz Irani, Rajeev Kumar, Nishigandha Wad, Sandeep Rajora, Imran Khan, Abha Parmar, and Shilpa Kadam.
