A very dramatic U-turn is about to come up now in the lives of Om (Mishkat Varma) and Isha (Khushbu Rajendra) in Colors TV serial Ram Bhavan upcoming episode and we don't want you to miss it. The show is also starring actress Samiksha Jaiswal in the side lead role of Gayatri Bajpayi.

As per the recent storyline, we see how Gayatri challenges Om to get a job and finally the latter lands a good job and that is to collect loans from the people who didn't pay the interest. Thus, he happens to first deal with Subhash who is actually Isha's father.

Shockingly, when Om takes away the car, here Subhash suffers cardiac arrest and thus the latter quickly hospitalizes him. Moreover, now you will get to see that Isha finally finds out everything about how much the factory is in the debt and how Subhash is taking more loans for her wedding. Thus, when Subhash gains conscious, here he decides to get Isha married to Om.

Om and Isha's marriage twist 

The next in the storyline, Om and Isha are going to get married and things are dramatically going to change from here on when Subhash will convince Om to marry Isha. All this will happen when Dhruv's family will refuse to get Dhruv married to Isha for Subhash failed to give the said dowry. 

Thus, when Om is hospitalized and he realizes that he is falling weak and might not be able to live for long, he thus decides to get Isha married to the man who hospitalied him.
