It was earlier seen that RK takes care of one old lady who is suffering from some disease. She is looking for her snatched son. This lady in real is Shivani and she is Armaan's real mother. RK is taking care of this lady and her treatment too.

Shivani has her sons photo and RK does not know who her son is. Abhira gets to see the lady where she has never seen the photo of Shivani. Abhira knows Madhav's first love and Armaan's mother is Shivani but she does not know she is alive.
