Raman to say I Love You Ishima to Ishita in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein

Fans of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Raman (Karan Patel) are going to be elated with the upcoming short but sweet romance between the two in the upcoming track on Star Plus.

In the upcoming track, Ishita gets fine from her leg injury and Adi- Ruhi plan to arrange a surprise for Ishita.

Ruhi and Adi decorate room by flowers and red balloons and ask Raman to say I Love You to their Ishima.

Ishita is happy to see the decoration and Raman feels hesitate to say anything to her.

Adi and Ruhi show love note to him secretly in which they write as Ishita is looking nice in saree and her smile is very pretty.

Later, they show the note of I Love You Ishima and Raman speaks the same to Ishita.

Ishita gets surprised to hear I Love You Ishmia from Raman and realizes that it is planned by Ruhi and Adi.

Raman gets disappointed not able to say I Love to his own wife Ishita.
