The upcoming episode of Colors popular daily soap Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka is gearing up for some interesting twist and drama.

Kunal is a good husband and does everything for Mauli, while Mauli on other hand has no time for Kunal.

Mauli is much busy in her work and hardly gives time to him, after Nandini's entry it is increasing to another level.

While Kunal still has that love and concern for Mauli and gives a surprise to Mauli in hospital on her victory of completing 100 surgeries.
