Star Plus daily drama Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase shocking twist.

Kartik (Mohsin Khan) initially fails to trace down Naira but later reaches her.

Kartik suspects Mihir behind Naira’s kidnapping
Goons once again drag Naira but this time fortunately Mihir reaches to Naira and Kartik’s rescue.
Naira feels glad that Mihir saved her and Kartik’s life while injured Kartik thanks Mihir.
But later Kartik wonders about Mihir reaching the location on right time and once again suspect him.
