The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will showcase interesting twist and turn.
It seems the entire Chavhan family learns about Sayi's deadly fall in huge pit where she is rushed to a nearby hospital.
Virat Samrat Ashwini Devi Pakhi immediately reaches the hospital to see Sayi.
Virat immediately fills the consent form and asks to perform Sayi's operation and save her life.
Devi comes and blames Virat for Sayi's state and confronts him for not stopping Sayi.
