It seems Anuj and Anupama meets with a deadly accident and Anuj is seen in critical condition.
Also earlier it was seen that Anuj receives a call from someone and decides to get in touch with her later.
Post the shocking accident Anuj is seen fallen lifeless on a hospital bed where Anupama too has a bandaid on her forehead.
