Anupama: Deadly Car Crash!! Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) takes care of Anuj (Gaurav Khanna)

Anuj gets worried about Anupama when he learns that she is home alone with Kavya and Vanraj.
Anuj goes to pick Anupama and Anupama tells him about Kavya and Vanraj's fight.
In the upcoming track, Anuj drops Anupama home and informs her about the meeting that they need to attend the next day at Ahemdabad, for a site visit and he will pick her up.
The next day, Anupama waits for Anuj and is ready while Anuj is late.
Anupama gets worried about Anuj and then we see Anuj's car bump into a truck and he meets with an accident.
Anuj gets hospitalized
Anupama will take Anuj to the hospital and will be distressed.
Anupama takes care of Anuj and decides to stay awake the entire night.
