Agar Tum Na Hote: Destiny's evil twist turns Niyati(Simran Kaur) from Abhimanyu's(Himanshu Soni) wife to nurse
Zee TV's show Agar Tum Na Hote is up with an interesting twist as Niyati and Abhimanyu live under the same roof as patient and nurse.
It is seen that Niyati goes against her family and walks away with Abhimanyu and his family after knowing that he is her husband.
While she dreams of a lovely future ahead with Abhimanyu, she gets the shock of her life when he refuses to recognize her.
As a side effect of the shocks that Abhimanyu had taken, he suffers short-term memory loss.
Thus, he forgets everything about Niyati and his life in Mumbai.
Further, Anand taunts Niyati for leaving him for a man who doesn't remember her anymore.

All her dreams are ruined while Abhimanyu questions her identity.
Surprisingly, Niyati stands bravely and accepts the challenge of transforming herself into a nurse.
Thus, she makes a place for herself in Abhimanyu's life as his nurse instead of his wife.
