The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Abhimanyu quits Birla Hospital where he is not interested in working with Harshvardhan.

Now some of the patients in Birla Hospital want discharged from the hospital if Abhimanyu is not treating them.

Harshvardhan gets tensed seeing the situation getting out of control when Abhimanyu marks his entry.

Abhimanyu performs the pooja of his stethoscope and all the operation-related equipment.

Harshvardhan is happy to see Abhimanyu back in Birla Hospital and prasies Manjari.

While Abhimanyu gives Harsh a big shock saying that he is the face of Manaksh and asks the patients to come there.

Abhimanyu walks away leaving Anand and Mahima tensed too.
