It was earlier seen that Abhimanyu wanted to marry Akshara but Manish was not ready for the same.

Now in hospital Manish recalls all the talks told by Abhimanyu and hence he takes a big decision.

Hence he gets ready for the marriage but he keeps his Sharth before Abhimanyu where the marraige will happen with a Sharth.
