Anand looks for Abhimanyu and is in dilemma about sharing the truth with Akshara.
Just then Neil arrives and tells Anand about Abhimanyu leaving the hospital in hurry.
Anand gets worried at the news and says that he shouldn't be driving on his own.
Akshara gets surprised to hear this and questions.
Anand then informs her of the truth about Abhimanyu's nerve damage and that he will not be able to do surgeries now.

Abhimanyu struggles to control the wheel and is saved from colliding with another car.
However, he hits the tree and loses consciousness.
