It was earlier seen that Akshara went away from Abimanyu's life without even informing him.
Akshara wanted to tell the truth to Abhimanyu but she knew Abhimanyu will never allow her to do so.
Also Akshara had to help Kairav at the same time as she wanted to save her brother.
Poor Abhimanyu misunderstood Akshara even though he did not want to do so.
