Star Plus latest show Faltu is about a simple girl named Faltu who have seen humiliated and condemned by her own family and loved ones.

It seems that in a small village in Rajasthan a couple is eagerly awaiting for the waaris of their house.

The woman will go in labour and gives birth to a healthy daughter but her twin brother will be born dead.

This will leave everyone in the house angry and hence they will tag her as unworthy and name her Faltu.

She will always be remembered as her twin brother’s murderer and get humiliated and taunted by her own mother and family.

Faltu’s only supporter is her father who looks upon her and understands her misery.
