Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Neil and Aarohi coming back to Birla House.
It seems that Aarohi is trying to be in good books of her new family as she wants to dethrone Akshara.
Mahima will ask her to join Birla Hospital but Aarohi will reveal that she has given her resignation from the hospital as she wants to focus on her family.
Aarohi will further reveal that she wants to be like Manjiri and serve her family.
