It is Aishwarya’s birthday today and hubby Neil made sure to make the day special for her while she enjoys a working birthday.

Neil along with Aishwarya’s hairdresser decided to surprise the birthday girl by decorating her vanity with plenty of balloons.

Since Aishwarya is not shooting on the sets of the show, in her permanent make-up room, she was pleasantly surprised with efforts taken by her close ones.

Aishwarya shared the videos and pictures and shared her special moment with her fans.
