Gayu (Kanchi Singh) confesses her love for Karthik (Mohsin Khan) in front of Akshara (Hina Khan) leaving Naira (Shivangi Joshi) shocked in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai
The upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will show that Akshara gets a Krystal in which written as I Love Karthik.
Akshara gets confused seeing some papers related to Karthik in Naira’s room and thinks as both Gayu and Naira love to Karthik.
