Dheere Dheere Se Aman Verma talks about changing taste of viewers
Aman shared his take on the current content that is being telecast on Television, the reason behind shows going off-air and more.
According to Aman, “If you keep sticking around the old stories, that are not going to help you anymore. Of course with the advent of the OTT platform, and even with the pandemic, the audience has shifted to OTT in the course of three years. The content here is so diverse and there is nobody telling you what you are supposed to watch and not watch. The problem with television today is that still there is a governing body which guides you on what you can show and what you cannot.”
Aman understands changes in show bizz
He further added, “Today, people don't like to have moral policing on content and maybe that is one of the reasons that people have shifted to OTT platforms and other social networking sites to decide on what they really want to watch. I think it is high time that the makers or the governing bodies need to open up and be a lot more flexible in what they are showing if they don't want to lose the audience any further.”
