It seems that after Neil’s death there has been a dramatic change in the dynamics of Birla House.
Aarohi has changed a lot and become more humble and loving towards her family and loved ones.
Abhimanyu will also shift his focus on his family and hospital as he wants to give time to the priorities of his life.
