Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi losing her motive to live.
It seems that Pakhi will have a huge impact in her life after she will realise that she can no longer become a mother.
Pakhi got hysterical and behaved emotionally to her having the disability of becoming a mother now.
We saw how Virat wanted to tell Sai about Vinayak being their Vinu. But the guilt factor in him that Pakhi can never become a mother, will stop him from doing so. He will tell Sai that their Vinu is alive, but he does not know where he is.
