The upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will show that Misthi reveals Naitik and Akshara about Karthik loves Naira and not Gayu.
Naitik and Akshara get shocked with the revelation and they call Karthik secretly behind temple.
They tell Karthik about Naira loves him and Karthik reveals to them that he loves Naira and not gayu.
