Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Akshara facing biggest setback.
It seems that Akshara is having a hard time trying to keep her family together after her Udaipur trip.
Soon things will improve between Abhinav and Akshara and the two will plan a dinner date along with Abhir.
Shockingly Abhir will fall unconscious during the dinner date leaving Akshara and Abhinav scared.
Akshara will rush Abhir to the hospital and they will immediately shift him in ICU.
The doctors will reveal that Abhir’s heart is weak and will have to show to a heart surgeon.
Akshara will be seen taken aback and will not give up so easily.
She knows Abhimanyu is the best doctor and will call him for help.
