It seems that Akshara is scared of Abhimanyu not being able to do justice to her son and will hence decide to take him to US for better treatment.

She will go to Birla hospital to take all the files that belong to her son as she wants to go to US as soon as possible.

Shockingly Abhimanyu will come to know about it and he will not want Akshara to take such a huge step and take Abhir along with her to US.
