Jennifer Winget’s Code M Gets Renewed for A Second Season

Directed by Akash Choubey, an eight episodic series of army thriller Code M season1 casting Jennifer Winget in the lead was greatly appreciated by the audience.

The series was streamed on ALTBALAJI/ZEE5 last year in January.

Series revolved around the story of Major Monica Mehra (Jennifer Winget), an army lawyer who was given the responsibility of solving a suspicious encounter case in which an army officer was also martyred.

The intriguing concept and phenomenal performances received a lot of praises from viewers.

Jennifer Winget on the occasion of army day shared a teaser of Code M Season 2 on her Instagram handle.

In the teaser she is seen in an Army uniform thanking the soldiers for their pure sacrifices and always keeping country above family.

 Continuing she informs viewers about the character of Major Monica Mehra who would be returning for a second season to perform her duty.

Although nothing has been revealed about storyline yet.

Viewers can expect another thriller coming along their way. Filming is yet to begin so we can expect the series to be aired till the end of this year.
