Fate the Winx Saga: cast story and other spoilers

Inspired by the famous Italian cartoon Winx Club.

The Winx Saga takes a dark twist of the series. Created by Brian young of Vampire Diaries, the show gives off the exact same vibes.

But with fairies in the story and an amazing cartoon series in the background, this dark show seems a bit unreal to follow.

The show follows the story of five fairies Bloom (Abigail Cowen), Stella (Hannah Van der Westhusen), Musa (Alisha Applebaum), Aisha (Precious Mustapha) and Terra (Elliot Salt) in a magic school in Alfea in the otherworld.

Unlike the rest of her friends, Bloom had no idea about her powers.

All she wants is to learn to control her power and go back to her home.

This, however, is not so simple.

A fairytale with a darker twist

Her headmistress believes that Bloom has the power to become one of the most powerful fairies of the world.

Her power could be useful in saving the school from the burned ones, the ultimate villain of the story.

Bloom’s problem is that she does not seem to have any fairy lineage. Aisha suggests that she might be swept for human baby which is rare.

All the fairies use their power by channelling their emotions.

Each one of them has their own element to drive energy from. Bloom drives her power through dragon fire which makes her more powerful.

The school also has a specialist (male fairies). Among them is Sky (Danny Griffin), the potential love interest of Bloom.

Though the show has a lot to offer it would have better if it has portrayed the plot as something new instead of a remake of a truly amazing cartoon series.

The two seems as different as possible.

If you want to keep your childhood happy memories intact, watch this show believing it to be a new storyline.
