The current episode starts with Neil giving insulin to Vidhyut and also warns him.

Neil and Avni brings Mishti to hospital, Neil takes Vidhyut in custody while Juhi gets this news and is happy.

Vidhyut also comes to hospital and Juhi comes after him and gets scared seeing him.

Mishti gets treated, while Vidhyut was about to see Juhi and Avni saves her and scolds her for spoiling their plan.

Neil and Avni shares romantic moments, Juhi happy to be with Mishti

Neil manages situation and takes Avmo, Mishti, Juhi home, Juhi sits besides Mishti while family is with Juhi.

Avni also tells Juhi that they needs to hide Juhi's death truth from Vidhyut.

Juhi promises to not let this truth come forth, Avni gets angry over Neil for not saying anything to Juhi over doing mistake by coming infront of Vidhyut.

Neil consoles Avni and expresses his love to Avni, Avni and Neil shares close moments together.
