The current episode starts with Dr. Vardhaan burning the donor list while Sid warning him. The duos get into an argument whereafter Sid leaves in anger.

Here, Dr. Ishani is convincing the parents to give their daughter's liver to Niti.

Ishani cries requesting the parents while the parents refuse. Meanwhile, Niti's brothers hug the parents compelling them about their sister who is lying dead without a liver.

The parents heart melts and finally they permit Ishani.

Ishani rushes and holds Sid's hand that she realizes their closeness and steps back.

Ishani gives the good news to Sid and compels him to hurry for Niti's surgery.

The surgery starts where Sid is upset. While questioning upon, he reveals to Ishani that she is unaware of what all is going on in the hospital and their fight against which people.

Anjali and Dr. Shashank have a convo where Shashank warns Anjali to not get influenced by Vardhan as he wants to capture this hospital by expelling him.

Anjali favors Vardhan for the luxury project of Sanjivani but Shashank is against it.

The surgery succeeds and Sid-Ishani manage to save Niti's life.

Sid cheers up Niti's brothers while Niti thanks him. Sid gives all credit to Ishani and thanks her while he also apologizes to her.

Ishani compels Niti to thank the parents whose daughter's liver she got transplanted in her body.

Deadly danger on Sid and Ishani

Sid gets emotional and teary eyes that Ishani notices him and teases him.

Later, Sid and Ishani talk about other surgery while they have a coffee in cafeteria.

Later, they come across a deadly trouble when a man insists on taking gun inside the hospital but the guards stop him

The angry man points gun at everyone while Sid and Ishani are on his gunpoint.
