The current episode starts with Ishani's birthday celebration.

Sid, Ishani, Aisha, Aman and Neil all dance freakily crossing all boundaries of craziness.

Ishani falls in Sid's arms that Sid holds Ishani sharing a romantic eyelock moment.

Next day, Sid, Ishani and Aisha arrive to hospital where Ishani is cheering up the sick boy acting weird.

Sid feels happy seeing Ishani laughing.

Sid sees a mother not telling her daughter about her father while the girls cries and insists her.

Sid recalls his childhood when he used to ask his mother about his father but his mother never revealed to him.

Later on, Sid and Ishani gets tensed hearing the nurses talking about the Sanjivani hospital financial crises.

Sid stops them from gossiping and compels that Sanjivani is good while the nurse question about the luxury ward in the hospital.

Sid and Ishani meet Dr. Shashank and Dr. Juhi. Dr. Juhi shows Sanjivani hospital financial account reports to Sid which state that the hospital is going to get devastated in next three months.

Sid is sure that Dr. Vardhan changed the reports with fake one while he promises to Juhi and Shashank that he will get the real reports.

Sid compels Ishani to seduce the new account officer so that he can get the financial report.

Ishani flirts with the man and asks him for a date while the guy agrees to Ishani, Ishani takes him for the jaundice test and lies to him that he is suffering from jaundice.

Ishani takes the man out while Sid succeeds in getting the financial reports of Sanjivani hospital.

Vardhan is talking to someone on the call who compels Vardhan to be alert of Sid or he will ruin their luxury ward plan. The man asks Sid to be aware of Juhi as she will not let this plan succeed.

Sid shows the real financial reports to Juhi and Shashank that they are shocked to see the real reports.

Vardhan also comes and accepts that he made the fake reports. Vardhan compels Juhi and Shashank to agree for the luxury ward as it is only beneficial for the hospital.

Vardhan tells them about an investor who wants the reply in 24 hours while he compels to Juhi and Shashank that the choice is theirs and if they lose this investor then they will not get any investor.

Shashank decides to rethink on the decision before agreeying for the project.

Sid and Rishabh have a face-off when Rishabh questions Sid of why he gave Riya's case to him, just because he is an illegitimate like Riya.

Sid gets upset when Rishabh taunts him and makes him remind his painful past.

Sid and Ishani's new challenge

Juhi and Shashank witness the beautiful moment where a baby is born and Anjali is holding the new born baby in her lap.

Shashank feels proud and blessed seeing the moment.

Shashank asks Juhi of her opinion for the luxury ward project.

Juhi compels him to not sell his shares of Sanjivani hospital otherwise he will succeed in his evil motives.

Here Ishani tells Sid about Riya's disease due to which she will soon loss her senses, they decide to test her parents DNA but Riya's mother is not telling about Riya's father.

Sid gets angry and questions if her stubbornness is important than Riya's life, Ishani gets upset wondering why Riya's disease angered Sid.
