The current episode starts with Ishani’s heart beating fast whenever she sees Sid

Thereby Ishani tries to avoid him but Sid follows her. Suddenly, out of the blue, Ishani slips and falls on Sid.

Ishani and Sid share a romantic eye-lock moment while Ishani is sitting in Sid’s lap.

Ishani goes lost and imagines dancing with Sid and sharing a fun time Dr. Sid.

Ishani comes in senses and feels awkward while she sees Aisha and compels her to do her ECG test as she doubts if she has any heart disease.

Aisha and Aman tease Ishani while Ishani is lying on bed for her ECG test.

They laugh while here Juhi and Shashank have a talk.

Shashank apologizes to Juhi for what happened in the past.

Days pass and Sid starts to walk while Ishani supports him and helps him in walking.

Ishani is completely in love with Sid and everytime her heart beats, when she sees Sid.

Main Pareshan Pareshan song plays while Ishani imagines Sid everywhere and spending time with him.

Three weeks pass and Sid is finally fit and fine. Everyone congrats Sid where they ask for a party from him.

Suddenly, Ishani jumps up saying she will throw a party for Dr. Sid.

Ishani's love for Sid in the air

The party begins, Aman, Neil, Rahil, and Aisha tease Ishani while Ishani is deperately waiting for Dr. Sid.

Finally, Sid arrives and everyone welcomes him.

Tu He Meri Shab Hai Subah Hai song plays, Ishani is lost in love with Sid but doesn't realize her feelings, her heart again beats fast seeing Sid.

Aisha finally tells Ishani that she is in love with Dr. Sid. Ishani starts recalling all her moments that she spent with Sid.
