The episode starts with Ishwari says to Dev that when son grows up then she has to share her son but she does not wants to do so.

Dev says that I have made ward in hospital in which those children will stay who does not have parents and ward name is Ishwari.

Ishwari thinks that when you love me so much then why you not told me about that girl, she says that you have hurt your mother.

Sona smiles seeing Ishwari’s pic and thinks that when she was happy then suddenly what happened to her.
