At Goenka house, Reem praises Vansh's talent and Manish decides to click pictures with Swarna.

Akshara gets excited about a photo shoot with Abhimanyu and she waits for Abhimanyu at the hospital as Abhiamnyu operates a patient.

Abhimanyu's surgery gets complete and he rushes to see Akshara and finds her missing.

Abhimanyu gets worried when he finds Akshara dressed up beautifully.

Meanwhile, Goneka's set up for the photoshoot at the Birla hospital.

Abhimanyu-Akshara gets their photo shoot done.

Mahima and Harsh get shocked to see the photoshoot happening at the hospital and Mahima gets irked at Goenka's.

Meanwhile, Akshara learns about Aarohi's visit to the accident spot from Aarohi's patient.

Akshara then confronts Aarohi about it when she says that the kid is lying.

Akshara asks Aarohi if they are responsible for Manjari's accident when Aarohi gets stressed and Abhimanyu notices Akshara and Aarohi.
