Episode begins with Virat giving permission to Pulkit for Pakhi's surgery as it's the only to way to stop the infection from spreading further.

Sai and Pulkit start the procedure. Sai thinks about the consequences after the operation.

She thinks she can't imagine how upset Pakhi would be after knowing she can't become a mother.

Pulkit notices Sai is zoned out during the surgery. He advises her not to commit any mistake and she should keep aside her emotions.

Sai co-operates with him and the surgery gets over. They tell Chavans that Pakhi is out of danger and they don't need to worry for her life.

Later Sai sits beside upset Virat and tells him that Pakhi will need him and Vinayak after getting the extreme shock.

Sai also gets upset for the fact that Virat and Pakhi can't extend their family.

Sai demands Vinu from Pakhi

Bhavani arrives and starts blaming Sai for destroying everything.

Sai speaks up for herself and Bhavani reminds her of Vinu's death.

Sai gets teary and says she also misses her child.

Virat decides to tell the truth seeing her pain and says Vinu is alive.

Vinayak comes to the hospital in the meantime and Sai feels Virat is hinting at Vinayak.

Later Pakhi gains consciousness and Ashwini worries for her thinking how she would react knowing she can't give heir to them.

Pakhi feels happy seeing Vinayak and says she wants him to spend time with her.

She thanks Sai for taking care of him. Virat gathers courage to reveal about the uterus surgery to Pakhi and the latter gets hyper.

She goes out of control and shouts at everyone for removing the uterus. She then falls asleep due to an injection.

Sai feels bad for her and Virat finally reveals about Vinu's truth to her that he is her son.

Sai is left shocked to hear that. He says it's true.

Precap- Sai tells Pakhi to not repeat the past mistake and she tells Virat to support her this time.

Pakhi says if they try to snatch Vinayak from her then she will end her life. She jumps off the building.
