Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Payaar Mein 1st February 2023 written update Sai files court case against Chavans

Episode begins with Sai recalling how Virat told her that Pakhi has all the right to keep Vinayak not she.

Pakhi gave birth to him and raised him like his own mother which Sai didnt.

Sai starts crying and adds she can't lose Vinu but she decides to contact a lawyer to file a court case.

She reaches home and Savi asks her about Vinu as she went to Chavan Nivas to bring him back.

Sai is lost in thoughts and Savi thinks it's a prank of Vinu and Sai. She calls out Vinayak to come in front of her but noone comes.

Sai cries hugging Savi and the latter consoles her. Savi thinks what happened to her mother. There Virat, Pakhi return back home with Vinu.

Chavans get happy to see Vinu back

Everyone feels elated seeing Vinu, Bhavani and Sonali pray for him. Later Bhavani rebukes Pakhi for running away and Ashwini stops her from creating scene.

Vinayak goes to sleep and Chavans come to see him one by one. Ninad showers love upon him and Ashwini takes Ninad away to let Vinu sleep.

Bhavani gifts a chain to Vinu and feels sorry for not accepting him completely earlier. Later Pakhi comes to Vinu and sings lullaby for him.

Virat shouts after going outside of the house. He thinks he didn't want to be rude with Sai but he had no choice as Pakhi could have killed herself at that moment.

On the other side Sai talks to the the lawyer about fighting the case for Vinu but she learns more than her Virat and Pakhi have rights on Vinu.

Precap- Virat sees a dream where Sai runs with their kids. She asks him to hold her hand and begin a new chapter.

He wakes up and looks happy. Pakhi gets hurt seeing him.
