Anupama 16th March 2023 written update Anupama convinces Anuj to let Anu leave

Episode begins with Anuj asking Anu why she doesn't want to stay with them. Anupama tells Anu to share her chocolates with all the family members.

She leaves and there Maya tells everyone that they are not doing the right thing by stopping Anu. Leela replies Maya is not doing anything good either.

Anu comes to them to give the chocolates. Anupama tells Anuj that they have to let go Anu with Maya. Anuj gets shocked hearing that and says how can she even utter this?

He questions her motherhood towards Anu. She says he can blame her today multiple times but she will tell the same thing that Anu should go with her biological mother.

Anu wants to stay with Maya only. Maya brainwashed her and they can't do the same thing with Anu by manipulating her.

Anuj calls Anupama selfish

Anuj says he just can't live without Anu and he won't listen to Anupama, He calls her selfish.

She tells him to calm down and understand why she is saying it, because they don't have any option.

He says she made a promise that she will stop Anu from leaving but now she is breaking that. Anupama says she is breaking her promise just for Anu only.

They have very less time left and they should spend it in best way with Anu and should make good memories with her.

Later on Anuj finally gives his consent for letting Anu go. Anupama informs Maya that they will not stop Anu.

Maya says she has takes the right decision and she assures them that Anuj and Anupama are allowed to meet Anu often. Everyone bids adieu to Anu.

Precap- Anuj gets angry at Anupama and says he feels suffocated with her which shocks the latter.
