The current episode starts with Satya starting the surgery when suddenly the doctor barges in and stops the surgery.

The doctor reveals about the oxygen chamber below the OT and thus he asks the doctors to shift Commissioner to another OT or everyone will die alongside the hospital and the buildings closest to the hospital will also blast.

Therefore, Sayi and Virat putting their lives at risk somehow shift Commissioner to another OT.

As the surgery starts, Satya's hand shivers and his soul asks him to confess his feelings to Sayi before the surgery starts as they don't know if their life will give them a second chance or not.

Satya decides to say his feelings but Virat asks him to first focus on the surgery.

Satya and Sayi start their surgery while Vinayak and Savi have a video call here.

Finally, Satya removes the rocket and Sayi gives the same to Virat.
