Star Plus’s show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is ready to give some dramatic plot twists which will again change the direction of the show.

Gitanjali and Armaan’s relationship will change its form with Gitanjali’s bold request from Armaan’s side after he returns home from Udaipur, clouded with Abhira’s memories.

Armaan has made it clear that he loves only his previous wife but Gitanjali does not know that it is Abhira as she has met Abhira as the nice woman who helped Maira.

Even though Armaan makes it clear that he is only marrying Gitanjali because of Maira’s request, Gitanjali does not object to the arrangement which saddens Armaan a bit.

Armaan and Gitanjali will fulfil a new promise where Gitanjali asks Armaan if he can guarantee that no other woman will get the position of his wife after they get married for the whole lifetime.

Armaan gets shocked to hear such a bold promise and hesitates a moment, but relaxes when Gitanjali says that she is not asking him to love her in his heart.

Armaan gives in to uphold his promise to Gitanjali with their upcoming marriage

Gitanjali says that she wants reassurance from Armaan that he will not leave her for any other woman after they become a married couple.

Armaan thinks that it will be unfair to leave Gitanjali unsure, after which he tells her that he will keep his promise and never give her place to anyone else.

With this major development in the bond of Armaan and Gitanjali, is there any hope left for the reunion of Abhira and Armaan?
