Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai to give full on entertainment to its viewers with the upcoming episode showing the baby shower function happening in the Poddar mansion. Ruhi will shock the guests by asking Abhira to join her in the rituals, as she is the one who is going to become a mother.

Abhira and Ruhi have been supportive toward each other throughout Ruhi’s whole pregnancy, as they understand each other’s feelings the most as sisters. Ruhi wants Abhira not to feel left out during the baby shower function, as Abhira is the one who is going to meet her baby Pookie.

Ruhi stops Abhira from leaving her side as the ritual starts and announces that Abhira will sit with her during the whole event, as they both deserve to be pampered in the same way. Abhira hesitantly sits with Ruhi and smiles emotionally as Vidya does their aarti together.

However, a few guests raise the question openly regarding why Abhira shall not sit in the ritual beside Ruhi. They claim that Abhira does not have the right to take part in the baby shower rituals as she is not the one pregnant at the moment. Ruhi stands up for Abhira and declares that it is Abhira who is going to become a mother, but the guests claim that their tradition only allows pregnant women to get the special treatment at their baby shower.

Ruhi gets happy to see Abhira getting the respect she deserves

As Abhira stands to leave Ruhi’s side, Ruhi coins a new plan to achieve her agenda and fakes her back pain in front of everyone. Abhira brings an ice pack for Ruhi to give her some relief while Ruhi grabs Abhira’s hand underneath her dupatta to hide it. With this clever trick, Ruhi and Abhira receive the gifts and blessings from the family members together, making everyone happy.

Ruhi is the only person who always thinks about Abhira and her feelings these days, even more compared than Armaan. However, there have been hints about a big secret reveal in the upcoming episodes, which will shake the foundations of love and respect between the leads.
