Star Plus’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is bringing a fresh twist by revisiting the complicated history between Abhir and Kiara, setting the stage for intense emotional drama in the upcoming episodes.
Once deeply connected through marriage, Abhir and Kiara’s relationship ended on a sour note after Abhir betrayed her trust by getting involved with her cousin, Charu.
The affair not only shattered Kiara emotionally but also caused major turmoil within the Poddar family. Despite several confrontations and heated arguments, Kiara ultimately chose to walk away, filing for divorce and putting an end to a marriage that lacked respect and honesty.
Following their split, Abhir and Charu relocated abroad and were absent during the time leap in the storyline. However, the narrative takes a dramatic turn when Abhir returns, bearing the heartbreaking news of Charu’s death due to cancer.
