Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is rapidly moving forward in its new track after Armaan and Abhira’s separation and a time skip of 7 years. Pookie has now grown up to become Maira who lives with Armaan and is a playful little girl like her mother Abhira.

Armaan has kept Maira hidden from everyone who knows him after he found his daughter from a stranger who called him at the end moment. Armaan has not even told Abhira about their daughter being safe, which has caused immense emotional turmoil in Abhira over the years.

Maira calls Geetanjali as her mother often which starts to ick Armaan and he decides to confront Maira about it. Maira demands to know her mother’s real name which leaves Armaan nervous as he does not wish to tell Maira about Abhira ever.

Armaan is starting to realise that he can never wipe off the absence of mother from Maira’s life after Maira clearly tells him that he cannot become her mother in any way. Armaan asks Maira to stop misbehaving and refuses to let any information about Abhira slip his mouth.

Abhira to become Maira's secret fairy 

Abhira will decide to open a website for their saree business so that they can increase their sales after which their first order will turn out to be none other than Maira. Maira calls Abhira and tells her about how she has loved all the sarees.

On hearing Maira’s voice over the phone, Abhira becomes soft-hearted and asks Maira which saree she wants to buy. Maira replies that she likes everything and Abhira should pack them all to send to their address as soon as possible.

Maira tells Abhira that she likes how Abhira speaks which is why Maira decides to call Abhira a pari on call. Is this the start of a new friendship between Maira and Abhira? Will fate bring together the mother and daughter to back together after 7 years have passed without spending a single moment together?
