Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is about to enter a new story arc with the shocking twist of a time skip taking place in the show. Armaan and Abhira will be seen in their new avatars post leap as they lead their new lives after deciding to separate from each other.

A big twist in the story will be the entry of a new woman in Armaan’s life after the time skip who will become Armaan’s new love interest. Armaan will be seen getting closer to this new woman after the leap, with his and Abhira’s love story coming to a halt.

Abhira will live separately from the family members by herself to grow herself as an independent woman after facing such a big heartbreak from Armaan. Armaan’s current attitude will eventually lead Abhira to arrive at the decision that they cannot stay together anymore.

With the separation track returning again like the past generations, fans predict that an important character will be entering the show who will develop a new love story with either Abhira or Armaan.

Pookie will be seen as a grown-up kid after the time skip, making fans excited to see what more the makers have planned to bring to the table for the audience to enjoy.
