The Shah house is usually full of noise and spicy drama but today it is chillingly quiet. Everyone is dressed in white and the air is heavy with the sound of sobbing.

It looks like our favorite leading lady Anupama has left us for good this time. The entire family is absolutely shattered and the guilt is visible on every face as they realize what they have lost.

Ba is crying her heart out and asking for forgiveness in a way we have never seen before. She finally admits she never truly understood Anupama and treated her poorly.

Kavya is also there in tears because she knows Anupama was the real strength of that home. Rahi realising how for granted she took her mother and grieving. 

Yes it might will look like to the viewers that the show is hanging by its last thread with showcase of Anupama on death bed and all her near and dears around her. 

Then comes Anuj Kapadia. He looks like a ghost of himself with red eyes and a face that shows his world has ended. He sits by her side and asks why she left him alone after promising to face every hurdle together. It is truly tragic to see such a strong love story end this way.

The Pulse of Hope

Just when everyone thought it was over the story took a turn that no one saw coming. As the funeral procession started and the family prepared for the final goodbye the doctor rushed in with news that stopped everyone in their tracks.

He says Anupama is still breathing very faintly. A miracle has happened and there is still a tiny bit of life left in her body. Anuj is not wasting a single second and is rushing her to the hospital with a new spark of hope in his eyes.

This is where things get really interesting for all of us fans. Is this just a cruel trick of fate or will Anupama actually come back to life. 

If she returns will the Shah family finally change their ways or will they go back to their old habits once she is healthy. A huge plot twist is coming and we are all on the edge of our seats. What are your theories about this medical miracle.
